Jan des Bouvrie

Jan des Bouvrie was born in 1942. After he finished his education at the Rietveld Academy, he worked in his parents' furniture shop. Today he owns a leading interior design institute with a dedicated design study. He has won several awards for his beautiful decorative works.

He is behind Safretti's Cubico and Curva models.

Roderick Vos

Roderick Vos was born in 1965 and graduated in Eindhoven at the Design Academy. He gained professional experience at Ingo Maurer in Munich and Kenji Ekuan in Tokyo. Since 2004, Roderick has focused exclusively on product design in the city of Heusden in Brabant.

He is behind Safretti's Gaya.

Jort Mercuur

Jort Mercuur was born in 1967 and started his own company, Mercuursteen, after completing his education. The aluminium furniture of the Belvedere Museum in Heerenveen, Holland is also his work.

He stands begind Safretti's Riviera.

Frans Schrofer

Frans Schrofer was born in 1954 and completed his education at the Design Academy in Eindhoven. He is internationally recognized for his modern designs with a distinctive twist. One of his core principles is: “Hands-on Design creates Tools for Living.”

He is behind Safretti's Prometheus.

Henk Heres

Henk Heres was born in 1960 and completed his education at the Academy of Arts in Utrecht in 1984. Afterward, he worked as a teacher before founding his own design agency, Henk Heres Design. He has contributed to designs ranging from sofas, cabinets, and dining tables to chairs and blankets, and is widely commissioned by both national and international manufacturers in the industry.

He is behind Safretti's Nemo.
